Refund policy


The Company offers a 12 months warranty on the mATM Device and the service associated with it., from the date of delivery of the device. In case of any physical malfunction of the device or interruption in service, the company shall undertake to resolve the same within 12 months from the purchase of the device.


1. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the purchase, will receive a 100% refund, once the product is cancelled from our end.

2. For cancellations made after the product is dispatched, will receive a 100% refund, once the product is shipped back to us.

3. In case of request for replacement, the product will only be replaced after adequate reason is submitted by the purchaser, and product is shipped back to us, with receipt.

3.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. The refund shall be processed as soon as the product reaches us.

4. Purchaser may return the device within 30 days from the date of delivery. The purchaser will qualify for refund, only if there is no deterioration in the physical condition of the decive and the device can qualify for reselling. 


In all cases of refund, once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card/ (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank policies and payment cycle.
